Today was a great day. I did something I have been wanting to do for a while now and I feel so relieved. I quit my job as a manager at work. In 3 weeks I will no longer have to do the schedule, worry about labour, reprimanding my staff, doing staff reviews, worry about hiring and firing people. I feel so amazing, not to mention I will probably still make more money serving than managing. I know some people may be upset by this decision (sorry girls) but it is something I had to do for my own sanity. I decided to stay because I would miss you girls so much, and Phil I didn't forget about you. I want you all to know I have never had such a great staff of servers and bartenders work for me before. You guys are amazing and now I am going to be one of you. Thankyou for all your help and making my job easier. I greatly appreciate all you have done and I am glad that we have all become so close.

I still can't believe that you did that, but hey good for you, if no one else will stand up for you, you might as well! I am proud of you Kacie for following what you believe in, and doing what feels right. I can't wait to have you as part of one of the servers, i greatly appreciate you help when i am busy, and you are going to be a GREAT contribution to the serving staff.
